- Appam – appam is rice pancake that belongs to kerala. It is a popular south Indian dish served with coconut curry.
- Rugra – taste like mushrooms belongs to Jharkhand. It is a healthy dish with high calorific value.
- Pongal – It is an auspicious dish of Tamil Nadu. Traditionally cooked in open space under scorching sunlight as it is dedicated to God Sun.
